Larry was trained as an electronic engineer who rose through the ranks to Quality Control Engineer for a major manufacturer in Taiwan. He went on to consulting in manufacturing and production line process system control in mainland China. He transitioned to a university specializing to healthcare in Southern California as a RF Distribution Engineer for some 18 years. Larry joined Robust Audio Visual Engineering in 2023 helping RAVE become established as a reliable service provider. He specializes in installation and system maintenance.
Caleb is a young, vibrant, exciting young man fresh out of college with his first degree. He has chosen technology as his career and comes to RAVE ready to conquer everything digital. Without hesitation he has been mastering complex conference room technology that opens up the executive suites of America to do business around the world with multifaceted presentations and multiple location video integration with participant response capabilities. Caleb assists project timelines by facilitating all kinds of installation techniques that keep client projects on time and on budget. Caleb is single and has no pets as the only dog he ever had died.
Gilberto Pereda brings many skills as a content creator through the camera, utilizing computer graphics and other digital tools. He is involved with website design and social media platforms and its relation to marketing to the widest demographic. Technically Gilberto is very detailed in his installations of the latest technologies our clients desire, from conference room setups to hospitality television integration for medical centers, schools, small and large business including private and government installations. An integral part of the team for live event setups and operation, running the P/A, live stream camera operation or whatever is needed, Gilberto delivers. The husband of one wife and father to one young son, Gilberto Pereda is definitely a family man and a Christian through and though.

Fain Nahab
We call Fain Nahab the Doctor of Data because he is so well versed in today’s technology. The leader and Whiz Kid of the Internet Technology department of a world renown university has joined the RAVE team bringing technical solutions to our clients around the world. Systems like door and gate openers and closure systems for multiple or single, large and small locations, parking and building video security systems with camera acquisition, design and installation. He is on top of the latest Intrusion alarm systems, badge and reader packages, Customer survey creation and implementation for clients, installation configuration and programming of all kinds. Doctor Data is married and they are devoted to their young daughter who is much smarter than 10 computers.

Robert Raae-Nielsen
Able to leap over building in a single bound, Robert Raae-Nielsen is top of the list for live event setup and operation. With more than 25 years of experience he is skilled in assessing remote locations for all multimedia projects including productions, PA setups, live events, streaming point to point or Zoom and Microsoft Teams Conferencing as well as all other RAVE related remote projects. He is able to provide accurate and reliable estimates to ease client budget planning and able to flex on location to meet any challenges that may arise. Married to one wife for all of his life, they enjoy a little doggie and other fur bearing creatures of the woods.
Chief Engineer / Commercial Address & Technical Operation
Ezequiel Garache
He could have been a movie star but Ezequiel chose team and project leadership over fame. With more than 25 years of hands on experience in production operations, commercial public address systems, workflow optimization, quality control and his proven ability to drive performance to deliver results in fast-paced settings insures any job, big or small, a success. As Chief Engineer he supervises large-scale engineering projects from concept to completion ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality assurance, while addressing complex engineering challenges and implementing effective solutions utilizing the RAVE team of specialists. Ezequiel is an expert in Digital Signage design and installation and is able to use in house production teams for content creation or incorporate client content at will. Operations / Resources Manager
Oscar Madrillejos Jr
Born into customer service Oscar went to the Canon company as a rep answering customer calls right out of high school for over 25 years. Climbing up the ladder he found himself at the Xerox corporation for 5 years and then on to an in house cable station at a large university campus as a Video Operator with administration responsibilities involving inventory tracking and budget control. With technical and administrative talents developed, Oscar is the perfect choice for RAVE Operations Manager, who is able to herd cats in the open desert. Oscar is married and together they have one daughter.
Vice President of Cloud Services with over 30 years of experience in live television broadcast production and global content distribution, specializing in live streaming and format integration. Also serves as Vice President of Production at LLBN.tv, a non-profit, multilingual, community-oriented satellite and streaming television station, where he has volunteered for the past 18 years.
Marlon has over 28 years of service as a Senior Engineer at a prestigious southern California health system with multiple locations. Before that seven years as Vice President of an Orange County television production company added to several commercial radio stations on air management positions while producing live television news magazine programs through the 80s and 90s in the Los Angeles Major Market area. Around 30 years as an un-paid volunteer of a worldwide television ministry located in Loma Linda, California. Seven years in sales contributed to the sense of customer service leading to Human Resource Management later in his career. His wife is very kind to him and his daughter loves him because he thinks their cat is a dog. (He always wanted a dog)

Leading Infrastructure operations and Headend management, ensuring compliance with FCC standards while delivering high-performance service across multiple hospitals, clinics and university campuses. Ricardo brings expertise in IPTV systems, encoders, satellite receivers, and server-based LAN infrastructure. Recognized for excellence in customer service, he consistently provides solution-focused support. Ricardo is a family man with 3 kids and a dog.
