Conference Rooms

1.  What should I do if my tv is displaying a no signal message?

     

     First verify your mini PC or device being displayed has power.

     Second, if device has power make sure it is awake, for mini PC you must hit Control + Alt +         Delete to wake up the PC.

 

2.  What should I do if I don’t hear any audio from my in room speakers?

     

     Confirm you have volume up on both your device and Touchscreen.

     Second, confirm the audio output selected on your device is the correct one. Each room has       a slightly different name for the correct output, in most cases “Line Out” will be the correct           selection.

 

3.  What should I do if I don’t see my camera feed in my mini PC?

   

     Confirm you have the correct camera selected on your mini PC. Most rooms are setup to             only provide a video feed from the camera to your in room mini PC.

 

4.  What should I do if the far end callers, teams or zoom attendees are not hearing me speak?

     

       First confirm you don’t have Privacy active on the touchscreen.Secondly, confirm you have         the correct microphone input source selected. Each room has a slightly different name for           the correct input, in most cases “Line In’ will be the correct selection.

 

5.  I have tried your troubleshooting steps and I am still experiencing issues. What should I do next?

   

      Create an incident if you are an LLU client, otherwise please contact Robust Audio Visual            Engineering and we will get to you as soon as possible.
